Teachers in the Obolon district of Kyiv reported that they did not receive the promised state supplement of 1000 hryvnias. According to the government program, starting from January 2025, all teachers were supposed to receive this supplement for working in unfavorable conditions.
The Deputy Mayor of Kyiv for Education, Valentyn Mondryivskyi, stated that seven out of ten districts in Kyiv have already received these payments, including the Obolon district. However, no explanations regarding the payments in the three other districts have been provided.
This situation raises concern among the educational community, as the supplement is an important component of support for teachers.
It was previously announced that the payments were supposed to be made starting from January 1.
