Kyivstar Launches 'Turbo Support' Promotion: Two Speed-Boost Services for Just 1 Hryvnia.
'Turbo Support' Promotion Announced
According to Novyny.live: Kyivstar has announced a new promotional offer named 'Turbo Support,' which will become available starting February 27, 2026. This promotion is designed for contract, prepaid, and corporate subscribers, allowing them to order two internet speed-restoration services for a mere 1 hryvnia. The offer will be valid until April 30, 2026.
Services Included in the Promotion
As part of the promotion, subscribers will have access to two services: Turbo and Turbo XL. The standard Turbo service costs 100 hryvnia, while Turbo XL is priced at 150 hryvnia. The Turbo service is intended for tariffs with lower data limits, such as 40, 50, or 60 GB. In contrast, Turbo XL is available for plans with higher limits of 80 or 100 GB. It is important to note that internet speed is typically throttled to 0.8 Mbps after a subscriber's main high-speed data allowance is exhausted.
The launch of the 'Turbo Support' promotion highlights the increasing competition within Ukraine's telecommunications market, where providers are striving to offer attractive terms to their customers. This offer enables subscribers to quickly restore their internet speed for a minimal fee, a feature that is increasingly valuable given modern reliance on connectivity for daily life and work. Such promotions are common tactics used by telecom operators to enhance customer loyalty and retention in a competitive landscape.
