Ukrainian military personnel will be able to receive referrals through the 'Reserv+' application

According to the statement from Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernohorenko, Ukrainian military personnel will be able to receive electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission (MMC) through the 'Reserv+' application. Thanks to this new feature, conscripts will be able to undergo medical examinations at any civilian institution they choose. Thus, the MMC procedure will be divided into a medical examination and an administrative part, making it more convenient and reducing corruption risks.

The 'Army+' application facilitated the relocation of 2,500 military personnel

With the 'Army+' application, 10,000 electronic reports about changes in service locations have already been received. Approximately 25% of these resulted in positive decisions, allowing around 2,500 military personnel to obtain new jobs. This transfer process takes only 72 hours, compared to the previous 2-4 months. The entire procedure takes about a week.

Reform of Military Medical Commissions

Minister of Health Viktor Liashko spoke about the reform of military medical commissions. In the first phase, citizens will have the opportunity to send an electronic document regarding their health status to the territorial recruitment center. In the second phase, individuals wishing to serve will be able to independently choose a hospital for a medical examination.

It should also be noted that military personnel who were previously classified as 'limited fit' must undergo the MMC again by February 5, 2025.

Changes to the rules for undergoing the Military Medical Commission have been adopted in Ukraine.
