Communal services and mobile communication: where are the funds from the 'National Cashback' spent.
More than half of PrivatBank clients use the received funds under the 'National Cashback' program to top up their mobile communication, the bank reports.
Also popular are payment for communal services (35.5%), purchase of internet services (7.8%), and payment for medical services (3%).
In total, PrivatBank transferred 20.5 million UAH cashback to the cards of its clients participating in the program. A total of 646,000 Ukrainians received 37.2 million UAH cashback for September.
The program provides for a return of 10% of the value of goods of Ukrainian production that are included in the list. The maximum cashback amount per month is 3000 UAH.
In September, only five Ukrainians were able to receive the maximum payment amount.
Clients expect that cashback payments amounting to 125 million UAH for October will arrive by the 20th of November.
It should be noted that PrivatBank, together with Mastercard, launched double cashback.
