Kondratiuk becomes the silver medalist of the European Weightlifting Championship.


Ukrainian weightlifters continue to successfully represent the country at the European Weightlifting Championship, which runs until April 21 in Chisinau, Moldova. The participants demonstrated impressive results and won awards.
Dmytro Kondratiuk became the silver medalist in the weight category up to 81 kg in the snatch, lifting 143 kg. In the clean and jerk, he showed an even better result - 187 kg, for which he received a silver medal. Overall, Kondratiuk took 7th place with a total result of 330 kg in the two-lift event.
Svetlana Moskvina also deserves recognition. In the weight category up to 64 kg, she won a silver medal with a result of 100 kg in the snatch and secured 7th position in the clean and jerk, lifting 121 kg. Overall, Moskvina finished the competition in third place with a total result of 221 kg in the two-lift event.
Olha Ivzhenko also won awards. She became the champion in the weight category up to 55 kg in the snatch, lifting 93 kg, took 5th place in the clean and jerk with a result of 108 kg, and received a bronze medal in the total of the two-lift event with a result of 201 kg.
