Liam Gallagher's negotiations with his ex-girlfriend

According to The Sun: Liam Gallagher is involved in important negotiations with the mother of his illegitimate child after she demanded £500,000 per year, sources report.

A lawsuit has been filed in New York court to resume negotiations between the musician and his former girlfriend Lisa Gorchbani to increase financial support for their daughter Jemima.

The parties intend to discuss the approval of new financial terms before Liam, 53, performs at Wembley Stadium with Noel for the final concert of their tour in London.

In March, The Sun on Sunday reported that Lisa, 51, had filed a lawsuit for child support payments in Manhattan court.

Last week, a short request was reviewed, which American jurists believe indicates a decision about the amount of financial support for Lisa.

This decision is expected to be 'provisional' and could possibly be approved by both sides or finalized by the court.

A source reports: 'To finalize this matter, the judge needs the consent of both parties.'

Lisa seeks a significant increase in annual payments for 12-year-old Jemima, who has special educational needs and autism.

Liam's lawyers accused her of trying to leverage the profits of the Oasis tour, which earned £50 million.

Yesterday, exclusive photos were released showing Lisa and Jemima in public for the first time since the lawsuit was filed.

Liam has complied with all legal procedures and even joined the hearing via video call in June.

The Supreme Court of New York reported in June that Liam has paid over £750,000 since signing the confidential court order in 2015.

The lawyers pointed out that he later agreed to pay £180,000 for Jemima's education and expenses related to her autism after her condition was confirmed in 2021.

Lisa is now demanding £510,000 per year to cover child support and other expenses, including £320,000 for maintenance and an additional £190,000 for other needs.

Liam has reconciled with his brother Noel, 58, to start tours that have brought in £400 million in profits after they separated in 2009.

Since then, they have performed in sold-out venues in Cardiff, Manchester, Wembley, the USA, Canada, and Mexico, and returned for an additional show weekend at Wembley.

Liam and Lisa began their relationship shortly after she interviewed him in 2010.

This situation highlights the importance of financial support for children with special needs and also reflects the complexity of relationships between former partners even after a breakup. The course of negotiations between Liam and Lisa is expected to determine the future of their relationship and the well-being of their daughter Jemima.
