According to The Sun: Singer Lola Young confirmed the cancellation of her entire tour and decided to step back from the public after collapsing on stage.

This incident occurred in front of fans just a week after the release of her debut album, which received mixed reviews.

Lola does not provide details in her statement but reports that she plans to distance herself from show business for the 'near future'.

In her statement on social media, the singer noted:

“I am stepping away for a while. It hurts me to say that I have to cancel everything for the foreseeable future. Thank you for all the love and support. I am very sorry for letting down everyone who bought tickets, it hurts more than you know. You will of course receive a full refund. I hope you will give me a second chance when I work on myself and come back stronger. Love you all, Lola x.”

Her post received support from colleagues and fans.

R&B singer Mahalia wrote: “Love you so much.”

And artist Kehlani added: “You come first!!!”

Lola's performance schedule canceled

Lola had scheduled performances in the USA, Mexico, and the UK, but now all of them are canceled.

Additionally, she was supposed to perform in France and Italy next June, these concerts are also likely to be canceled.

Lola collapsed on stage during a concert in New York amid growing concern about her health.

This alarming event occurred just hours after the singer's manager announced the cancellation of her participation in a concert show due to “sensitive issues.”

The 24-year-old singer returned to the stage and stated: “I wanted to say that I have had a few difficult days. Sometimes life can really make you feel like you can’t go on.”

But shortly after this statement, she collapsed, and team members rushed to help.

In the first moments after her collapse, Lola posted on Instagram:

“Hi, for those who saw my performance at All Things Go today, I am okay now. Thank you for all your support, Lola xxx.”

Manager Nick Shymansky shared a heartfelt update regarding Lola’s well-being:

“Lola is open about her mental health, and sometimes we as a team need to take protective measures to keep her safe. She is an incredible person and always takes her fans, career, and performances seriously. I can only apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.”

This is not the first time Lola has drawn attention on stage this year.

The singer cried as she left the stage at the Summertime Ball in the summer due to a technical failure that prevented her from performing her biggest hit. There was also video footage of the star leaving the stage to vomit during her performance at Coachella.

Last month, she had to cancel her performance at the Reading and Leeds Festivals due to a scheduling conflict.

Fans are concerned as many incidents have occurred on stage involving Lola in recent months, raising concerns about her health and future performances.
