The Pension Fund continues financing payments for August
The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) reported that the fund continues financing social payments for August. According to the fund, the total amount of pension payments amounted to 32.8 billion hryvnias. Distribution of payments was carried out through "Ukrposhta" (7 billion hryvnias) and authorized banks (25.8 billion hryvnias). In addition to pensions, the PFU allocated funds for housing subsidies, benefits, and insurance payments. In total, 427,000 services were provided to citizens who applied for assistance.
The PFU also clarified the new rules for paying voluntary pension contributions.
