Meeting of Zelensky with military officials and the Minister of Defense

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, met with military officials and the Minister of Defense to discuss the situation at the front. The focus was on the Pokrovsk direction, where Russian troops are active.

Zelensky emphasized: 'The Russian attack on Sumy is failing thanks to the Ukrainian soldiers who are on duty in defense.'

The situation in Sumy was also discussed, where Ukrainian troops are successfully fulfilling their tasks. Ukraine continues to carry out active operations as part of the Kursk operation, which has been going on for quite a long time. Zelensky also plans to reach out to the leaders of the European Union for additional funding in the field of Ukrainian drones - their production and delivery.

The meeting between Zelensky, military officials, and the Minister of Defense underscored the importance of discussing central security issues of the country as well as the support of troops at the front in active combat operations.
