Football journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claims that Napoli are ready to include a mandatory condition in the loan agreement for Hojlund, which is expected to be around £39 million. This condition will be related to the number of matches, goals, and whether they qualify for the Champions League this season. If the deal goes through, Manchester United will incur a loss of £33 million on the transfer of the forward they signed for £72 million just two years ago. It is also reported that former Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay has reached out to Hojlund to convince him to make the move. Napoli is currently seeking a new striker after Romelu Lukaku has been ruled out for an extended period due to a thigh injury. Hojlund is considered one of the club's priority targets.
