Max Verstappen has become the catalyst for changes in the rules for drivers who wish to participate in other competitions. The four-time Formula 1 champion decided to switch to another series to compete in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie race number nine (NLS9) in September.For this, Verstappen had to obtain a full Permit A license in order to be eligible to compete in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring.
