Meditated almost all life: a 111-year-old hermit was taken out of an Indian cave.

The man was discovered accidentally and was initially thought to be 188 years old. However, as it turned out later, the hermit is 111 years old. This is reported by Athens News.

In a video circulated on the internet, the man looks extremely thin and resembles a "living corpse." He is led out of the cave by the arms, but he can move independently, leaning on a stick. The hermit wears only a cloth on his hips.

The Athens News report states that the man spent his entire life in meditation, and perhaps this is what slowed the aging processes.
