• Local state and military administrations account for 23,100 employees.
• The judiciary branch employs 34,100 people.

Average salaries vary significantly by the level of government:

• Employees in central government offices earn an average of 60,700 hryvnias.
• In regional-level territorial bodies, the average salary is 36,000 hryvnias.
• Staff in regional state and military administrations receive an average of 45,100 hryvnias.
