The Ministry of Defense has begun beta testing electronic referrals for the Military Medical Commission in 'Reserv+'.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is starting beta testing of electronic referrals for medical examinations by the Military Medical Commission (MMC).
According to the Ministry of Defense, conscripts will now be able to receive referrals for medical exams through the 'Reserv+' application. This will make it simpler and more convenient for citizens. The referral will be confirmed by the head of the territorial recruitment center, and the user will receive a notification with the necessary information.
In the beta testing phase, the first to utilize this will be citizens who wish to undergo the MMC. Soon, this opportunity will also be available to those who have received a paper summons.
The purpose of this testing is to verify the operation of the new service with the help of 'Reserv+' users and improve it before the full launch, the Minister of Defense stated.
In the future, there are plans to integrate the information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health. Starting in the autumn of 2025, citizens will be able to independently choose a medical institution for fitness examinations through the 'Reserv+' application.
We remind you that conscripts who have the status of 'limited fit' must undergo the MMC again by February 5, 2025.
The Ministry of Defense is already implementing a systematic reform of the MMC in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From January of this year, electronic referrals for medical examinations by the MMC will be available in the 'Reserv+' application.
Ukraine also plans to implement an MMC reform that will eliminate the need to visit territorial recruitment centers.
