According to Novyny.live: A tender has been announced for the construction of a hangar in the village of Zhebrekove, Odesa region. The estimated cost of the project is 44,835,950.40 hryvnias (approximately $1.1 million USD). Bids from contractors will be accepted until March 18, 2026. The project is commissioned by the 'Odesa' Mobile Rapid Response Rescue Center, which operates under Ukraine's State Emergency Service. The tender was officially announced on February 27, 2026. The project scope includes:
- Erecting a structure with a metal frame;
- Installing roller shutter gates, metal doors, and window units;
- Implementing a fire alarm system and lightning protection.
Requests for clarification and challenges to the tender's conditions are possible until March 15, 2026. This allows potential bidders to seek details or raise concerns regarding the competition's terms.
