Eurofans evaluated the national selection participants for the first time: who impressed more.

According to ТСН: For the first time in the history of the national selection for "Eurovision", not only the team of producers was invited to the closed auditions, but also 11 representatives of leading eurofan communities.

They joined the music producer of the national selection Jamala, the creative producer Herman Nienov, and the head of the Ukrainian delegation at Eurovision Oksana Skibinska. The invited fans had a unique opportunity to evaluate the performances of 15 longlist participants. They rated each composition on a scale of 1 to 15 points and then summed up the scores, forming a full rating table.

The voting results were published on the "Public Broadcasting" website. The greatest impression on eurofans was made by Leleka, monokate, and Mr. Vel. According to fans, the top five also included Jerry Heil, who had previously performed on the main stage of "Eurovision-2024", and Mon Fia. At the bottom of the ranking were Oks, Valeriya Force, and Marta Adamchuk.

Comments from delegation representatives

The head of the Ukrainian delegation at Eurovision Oksana Skibinska noted that the opinion of eurofans had become an important part of the selection at this stage. She emphasized that this is only an interim result, and in the future, the list of finalists may change significantly.

"In addition to what eurofans saw and heard in the hall, video recordings of the participants' performances will also be taken into account during the selection of the finalists of the national selection. Practice shows that artists who impress with their performance in the hall often fail to reach the audience through the camera lens. And 'Eurovision' is primarily a television competition. So we do not rule out that the eurofan rating and the list of finalists may differ," said Oksana Skibinska.

By December 15, the nine finalists of the national selection-2026 will be determined. The list will be formed after the decisive audition, which will take place soon. Among the artists who do not pass to the final directly, an online vote will be held to determine the tenth finalist.

In February next year, it will be revealed who will represent Ukraine at "Eurovision-2026" — the winner will be determined by viewers and a professional jury.

An important event was the involvement of fans in the selection process for "Eurovision".
