Naftogaz Ukraine Introduces a New Digital Service
According to Novyny.live: Starting on the 10th of each month, customers of the gas supply company Naftogaz Ukraine can access a new service through the 'Kub' mobile app to pay and manage their gas utility bills. This digital shift aims to simplify payment processes and account management, which company representatives describe as a step toward the future.
Key Features of the New Service
Under the updated system, digital bills will be available from the 10th of the month, while paper invoices will be sent out after the 20th. Through the 'Kub' app, customers can not only pay for gas but also:
- submit meter readings;
- view payment history;
- monitor gas usage;
- manage multiple personal accounts.
Customers can submit meter readings between the 28th and the 5th of each month. The company emphasizes the convenience of the new service, stating:
“Paying for gas is now much simpler—through the KUB app.”Naftogaz Ukraine also encourages consumers to switch away from paper bills, adding:
“Keeping paper bills just in case? It’s time to leave them in the past.”Those wishing to opt out of paper invoices need to log into their account, select 'Settings,' and navigate to the 'Receive bills online' section.
This new service not only saves time but also reduces paper usage, marking an important step toward environmental consciousness.
