Russians in the Pokrovsk Direction Suffer Thousands of Losses: How the Armed Forces of Ukraine Stop the Enemy.
The Situation in the Pokrovsk Direction
According to ТСН: The Army of the Russian Federation is trying to strengthen its positions, seemingly focusing on the number of personnel, artillery shells, and armored vehicles in the Pokrovsk direction. Although the Russians seek to advance through houses and streets, they fail to achieve significant success. If they have made any progress, it is always accompanied by significant losses on their part.
Our task is to conduct dynamic defense to maximize the preservation of every Ukrainian soldier's life. This is the highest priority. And to inflict losses on the enemy in such a way that they either do not advance or advance at too great a cost, he emphasized.
According to estimates, enemy losses amount to between 1000 and 2000 killed occupiers almost daily.
Reconnaissance is ongoing, targets are being identified. Although the fog season does not contribute to good visibility, other means are being utilized, noted Nazarenko.
He also noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have the opportunity to use FPV drones, strike UAVs, artillery, mortars, and other means against the occupiers.
Earlier, it was reported that Russians are accumulating forces in Pokrovsk. The enemy is trying to take advantage of deteriorating visibility to strengthen its forces, create shelters in buildings, and prepare for further offensives. In unfavorable weather conditions, the opponent can move more personnel into the city.
The situation in the Pokrovsk direction remains tense. Russian troops are trying to exploit tactical advantages, however, Ukrainian forces continue to effectively repel their attacks. This demonstrates the resilience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which not only defend their positions but also inflict significant losses on the enemy.
