The forward moved to the 'Golden State Warriors' in 2016 and became one of the best players in the NBA.

After moving out, he listed the residence for $1.15 million.

The house was listed for $35, but it was a marketing gimmick.

Agent Ieasha Larkpor from Thunder Team Realty noted that there were 22 offers submitted for the house.

The owners hoped for offers closer to a million dollars.

The property is located just a five-minute drive from the 'Thunder' arena, featuring four bedrooms across three floors and two kitchens.

The residence was designed with Durant's height of 211 cm in mind, so it has large showers and baths.

This 3,904 square-foot house was remodeled to accommodate Kevin Durant's large size.

Durant was also awarded the Finals MVP title during the 'Warriors' victories in 2017 and 2018.

He is considered one of the best players of the past decade and has been selected to participate in 15 All-Star Games.

Durant's career earnings are expected to exceed $500 million by next season.

For his current contract, he will earn $54.7 million in the 2025-26 season.
