According to The Sun: Newcastle received a rejection for their £50 million offer for Jorgen Strand Larsen from Wolverhampton. Manager Eddie Howe still wants to strengthen the team with a forward, as Alexander Isak's future remains uncertain. Despite this, Wolverhampton does not plan to let Larsen go, who was a key player last season. Additionally, Newcastle is working on a deal with Congolese Yoane Wissa, who is not getting enough game time at Brentford.
Securing a deal remains in significant doubt, but Newcastle's efforts to strengthen the attack are understandable, especially considering the instability within the squad and uncertainty regarding the future of key players.
