Noel Gallagher on Oasis Reunion: Liam is Incredible.
Praise From Noel Gallagher for His Brother
According to The Sun: Oasis idol Noel Gallagher expressed glowing praise for his brother during their sold-out tour, saying: 'Liam is amazing.'
Delighted Noel, 58, added: 'It feels great to be back in the band with Liam. I had forgotten how funny he is.'
Oasis rocked Dublin on the tour’s latest leg, with the brothers back on song after a 15-year feud.
Noel lauded Liam for their sold-out tour, saying: 'Liam is incredible.'
The band Oasis made Dublin special on the latest leg of the tour, with the brothers in good spirits after 15 years of conflict.
Noel shared that his 'legs turned to jelly' when he first performed in Cardiff on July 4.
He also appeared teary during the Talk Tonight performance in Edinburgh.
He told talkSPORT: 'We’re not a band that reconciles before going on stage or anything like that. I really had to mentally prepare for what I was going into.'
'Around five minutes (into Cardiff), I was like: 'Oh, everything is fine, I could just go back to the dressing room and start this again, because... I had to even do stadiums one after another and all that, but I tell you, my legs turned to jelly about halfway through the second song, and I would have been comfortable to go back and take a minute.'
'But it was amazing.'
Liam received praise for his voice, which sounded just as good as during the 'golden' 90s of Oasis, and Noel joked with host Andy Goldstein: 'It's even artificial intelligence.'
When Goldstein praised Noel for his vocals during the 41-date tour, he replied: 'I'm a songwriter, you know? I'm not really a vocalist.'
'But Liam looks on it, yes. I'm proud of him.'
'I've been appearing with the band (High Flying Birds) for 16 years now.
'I know how hard that would be. I couldn't do stadium concerts the way he (Liam) does. It's not in my capabilities.'
'I gotta say, man, I look around and think, you know, 'Good job, mate.'
Noel Gallagher expressed glowing praise for his brother for the successful sold-out tour of Oasis, emphasizing that he was impressed by Liam's ability to perform stadium concerts and do it at a high level after a long feud between the brothers. Each performance was special for the musicians, and Noel's praises for Liam became a nice addition to the restoration of collaboration in the band.
