Nova Poshta Launches Seven-Day Parcel Delivery from the U.S. to Ukraine.
Ukrainian Logistics Firm Nova Poshta Unveils New U.S. Service
According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian logistics leader Nova Poshta has introduced a new service delivering parcels from the United States to Ukraine, with a transit time starting at just seven days. This initiative provides Ukrainian customers with significantly faster access to American goods, simplifying the process of purchasing products from abroad.
Shipping Costs and Process Details
The shipping cost is determined by the parcel's weight. For documents and packages up to 1 kg, the fee is $25. The full tariff structure is as follows:
- Up to 2 kg — $30
- Up to 5 kg — $50
- Up to 10 kg — $80
- Up to 20 kg — $150
- Up to 30 kg — $200
Insurance is included in the price for shipments valued up to $150. For items exceeding this value, a minimum commission of 0.5% applies.
To use the service, customers must register on Nova Poshta's official website. Shipments can be created online via the company's mobile app or website. After payment, users receive a unique QR code. Parcels must be securely packaged and dropped off at a UPS Store location. The new service also offers a 15% discount on delivery.
This move by Nova Poshta opens new possibilities for Ukrainian consumers by streamlining the process of receiving goods from the United States.
This development is poised to significantly impact Ukraine's e-commerce market, easing access to American products that were previously harder to obtain or had lengthy delivery times. Given the growing Ukrainian interest in foreign goods, Nova Poshta's step is likely to boost international shipping volumes and expand the range of available products. For context, Nova Poshta is Ukraine's largest private postal and courier company, and this expansion directly connects it with the vast U.S. retail market.
