Updated Fee Structure from NovaPay

According to Novyny.live: Starting June 1, NovaPay has introduced revised rates for cash-on-delivery services, reducing the fee for customers who use NovaPay-branded cards. The move is designed to make paying for goods upon delivery more affordable for people across Ukraine. Under the new pricing, NovaPay cardholders will pay a fee of 1% of the order total plus 10 hryvnias. For those paying with cash or cards from other banks, the fee remains unchanged at 2% plus 20 hryvnias.

Widespread Use of Cash on Delivery

Roughly one in every three parcels in Ukraine is sent with cash on delivery, highlighting how popular this payment method is among shoppers. With the updated terms, many Ukrainians can cut costs by choosing to pay with a NovaPay card.

“In effect, NovaPay is making cash-on-delivery payments cheaper for millions of Ukrainians in the most common shopping scenarios,” said Yana Levada, a company representative.

Users of the NovaPay mobile app can also get a 20% rebate on cash-on-delivery and shipping fees. This is another step by the company to improve conditions for its customers. Through these lower fees and compensation options, NovaPay aims to offer its users more favorable terms when making purchases.

The introduction of these new rates by NovaPay could have a significant impact on Ukraine’s e-commerce market. Lowering the cost of cash on delivery makes this payment option more appealing to consumers. Given the current economic climate, where many people are looking for ways to save money, such changes may help boost online sales. Support through the mobile app also encourages wider adoption of digital financial services among Ukrainians.
