- cottage cheese — 100 g;
- garlic — 1 clove;
- mayonnaise — 2 tablespoons;
- boiled eggs — 2 pcs;
- tomato — 1 pc;
- fresh basil — a few leaves;
- salt, pepper — to taste.
Preparation Method
In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese, grated garlic clove, and one tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix well until a smooth consistency is achieved — this will be the first layer of the salad. Place it on a plate and gently spread it out.
As the second layer, add the boiled eggs, chopped into small cubes. Lightly press down with a fork to keep the salad shape, and coat with a thin layer of mayonnaise for a delicate taste.
Cut the tomato into small cubes without draining the juice — it will add juiciness to all layers. Distribute the tomatoes evenly on top.
Finally, finely chop the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the salad. If desired, add a bit of salt and pepper. The dish is ready to serve immediately after preparation or after a short cooling in the refrigerator.
