Ukrainian powerlifter Anatoliy Novopysmyvnyy won a gold medal in the heavyweight category at the World Games 2025, surpassing Swedish athletes. He scored 119.41 points, ahead of Gustav Hedlund from Sweden, who took second place with a lower score, while the bronze medal went to another Swede, Emil Norling.
