Ukraine and the USA signed a memorandum on rare earth metals, indicating the intention of both countries to enter into an agreement on minerals. The agreements will enable joint work and achieve benefits for both nations.
However, it is worth noting that this is still just a memorandum of intent to sign an agreement, and not a final document.
As a result of the shelling by the Russian army, a fire occurred in Mykolaiv, which firefighters managed to extinguish. The attack was carried out using an unknown drone, resulting in warehouses of household goods being burned.
Additionally, a magnitude 5.7 earthquake occurred in northern Chile. The epicenter of the earthquake was about 80 km south of San Pedro de Atacama, in the Antofagasta region, at a depth of 178 km. Chile is located in a seismically active region and frequently encounters such natural phenomena.
American military forces carried out an airstrike on the Ras Isa oil port in western Yemen, which is controlled by the Houthis, in order to deprive them of their fuel source and illegal income. However, as a result of the strike, at least 17 port workers were killed, and dozens of people were injured.
