Simplifying the verification of digital employment records in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: The online portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine allows employees and their employers to easily submit digital copies of employment records.
After submission, information about employment history automatically appears in the personal profile on the e-services website of the PFU. To verify the data, it is enough to log into the personal account using an electronic signature, BankID, or the Diia app.
In the 'Employment Record Entries (By SPV)' tab, you can view data about the work of the hired employee, which is generated based on employers' reports since 1998.
In addition to the digital copy, scanned copies of the paper document and general information about insurance experience are also available in the personal account.The Pension Fund of Ukraine provides the opportunity to submit digital copies of employment records online, ensuring quick access to information about the employee's work history. This makes the process as simple and convenient as possible for all participants. Thanks to such innovations, users can significantly save time on obtaining the necessary documents and focus on their work tasks.
