Support from colleagues for Oleg Vynnyk
According to Glamurchik — Шоу-біз: Ukrainian singer Oleg Vynnyk relocated to Germany following the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. During this difficult period, he received backing from several figures in the Ukrainian entertainment industry, including Olha Sumska and Anatolii Matviichuk, who expressed their solidarity with his situation.
Vynnyk also stays in touch with Potap, another Ukrainian artist currently living abroad. Despite this network of support, Vynnyk has no plans to return to Ukraine for concerts, signaling his intention to remain outside the country for an indefinite period. These circumstances highlight the challenging reality many Ukrainian performers face and their willingness to stand by one another in tough times.
How Ukrainian artists are adapting to a new reality
As the war continues, numerous Ukrainian artists have found themselves forced to adjust to a drastically changed environment. The inability to hold concerts in Ukraine has impacted their careers, yet it has also opened up fresh opportunities for collaboration and mutual support among colleagues navigating the same hardships.
By staying abroad, Vynnyk and other performers can continue their creative work while still feeling a sense of duty to uphold their country's culture and contribute to its cause from afar.
