Olena Svitlytska on Reuniting with Ex-Husband: 'Anything is Possible'.
According to ТСН: Actress Olena Svitlytska unexpectedly confessed about a possible reunion with her ex-husband Mykola. After announcing their divorce at the beginning of 2025, she noted that she was able to maintain friendly relations with her ex-partner. Olena emphasized his role as a wonderful father to their daughters, who enjoy spending time with dad while mom is at work.
Relationship with Ex
The actress claims that the children love their father very much, and she herself is also positively inclined towards Mykola.
"We have a wonderful relationship with my ex-husband. He is a great father to my kids. I believe he is the best dad; I have never seen better anywhere. They stay with him (when I am on tour). Even when I am not working, we share our responsibilities; the kids adore him. And I treat him well," the actress confessed to Anna Sevastyanova.
Children's Feelings
Although the children have adapted to the divorce, they still miss their dad and hope for a possible reunion of their parents. Olena does not rule out this scenario in the future.
"It was a gradual process (the divorce - ed.). It wasn't some sharp news. They (the children - ed.) saw that we were fighting, not getting along. It wasn't a shock for them. They understand everything perfectly now and very often say, 'Maybe you and dad will make up.' Anything is possible; I don't know how life will turn out," the artist shared.
It is worth noting that recently another actress, Olena Khokhlatkina, revealed the truth about her relationship with her ex-husband Viktor Zhdanov, whom she divorced in 2022.
This situation underlines the importance of maintaining relationships between parents for the sake of the children. Polarization and conflicts in communication can often affect the emotional state of the children, so Svitlytska's disclosure becomes a relevant example for many parents who have faced a similar fate. The term 'friendly relations' between former partners can be a guarantee of the joint well-being of children, even after divorce.
