OP: Ukraine to Present Three-Level Peace Plan at Second Peace Summit in November.
Ukraine has developed a plan to present at the second Peace Summit and is actively engaging support from the countries of the Global South.
This was announced by the spokesperson for the President of Ukraine, Serhiy Nykyforov, during a television broadcast.
According to Ukrinform, the representative of the head of state emphasized that the Ukrainian plan will be presented after the first Peace Summit and then presented at the second summit.
President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the second Peace Summit could be held in any world capital, including India. He highlighted the priority of strengthening Ukraine's positions ahead of negotiations.
"First of all, to strengthen Ukraine. We proposed a Victory Plan that can strengthen Ukraine geopolitically to give us an invitation to NATO," the head of state stated.
The president expressed concern about the stance of some partners who avoid discussing the invitation of Ukraine to NATO. According to him, this raises doubts about their position during potential negotiations.
Zelensky also reported willingness to include proposals from Brazil, China, and countries of the Global South in the Ukrainian peace plan, although so far no responses have been received from these states.
"In any case, we will prepare a plan and be fully ready in November," the president emphasized, adding that Putin avoids participating in negotiations because "he does not know what to do after this war."
