Survey revealed Harris and Trump ratings in the most important state.
According to a new survey, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris leads former President Donald Trump by 2% in the most critical state of Pennsylvania, which is fluctuating, reports Politico.
The survey, conducted by a bipartisan team for AARP, showed that Harris has the support of 49% of likely voters, Trump - 47%. 3% do not know whom they will vote for.
The survey, conducted from September 17 to 24 by phone and via internet messages, is the first survey conducted by AARP in this state after President Joe Biden exited the race.
Trump leads Harris only among voters aged 65 and older. These voters consider inflation and high prices to be the most critical issues.
50% of likely voters approve of Trump's performance as president, while 49% do not. Regarding Harris, 45% approve of her performance as vice president, while 52% do not. Pollsters who conducted the survey note that this contradicts their personal popularity, where Trump lags behind by 7 percentage points.
Harris leads among women by 19 points, while Trump leads her among men by 16 points.
