Pensioners are advised on how to get an income certificate for subsidies.
The PFU reminds that pensioners in Ukraine can now obtain certificates of their income or pension amount online. The official portal of the Pension Fund's electronic services has added the function of ordering electronic certificates. They have a QR code and can replace paper certificates signed in the fund's offices.
These certificates will be needed by pensioners when applying for subsidies, traveling abroad, or transferring pension payments abroad.
To obtain a certificate online, you need to log into your personal account on the PF electronic services website using a qualified electronic signature, bank card, or via Diia.Signature. Then select "Request to receive electronic documents" in the left side menu and choose "Pensioner's income certificate". After that, fill in all required fields of the request form, specify the period for which the certificate needs to be issued, and send it to the PF agreeing to the processing of personal data.
This service significantly simplifies the process of obtaining documents for pensioners, as there is no longer a need to visit the Pension Fund's offices in person.
