Pentagon Sets Date for 'Ramstein-4' Meeting.

The Ramstein Meeting Will Take Place Online

On July 20, 2022, the fourth Ramstein format meeting will take place online. The date was agreed upon by the defense ministers of the USA and Ukraine - Lloyd Austin and Oleksii Reznikov.

Lloyd Austin and Oleksii Reznikov discussed the agenda of the next meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group (UDCG), which will be held virtually on July 20. They also exchanged views on future assistance from the USA and Ukraine's allies in the UDCG format.

During the conversation, Austin provided Reznikov with an update on the new US security assistance package for Ukraine, which amounts to $400 million and was announced on July 8. At the same Time, Reznikov shared the situation on the front.

All subsequent meetings of the Ramstein format participants will be held online.
