Ukrainians intending to travel to Poland should be prepared for possible problems at the border related to financial issues. One such problem is the need to declare the money they plan to take out of Ukraine if the amount exceeds 10,000 euros; this must be reported to customs. In case of violation of this requirement, a fine or even confiscation of funds may be applied. It is also important to have a sufficient amount of money for staying in Poland, as border guards may check the financial capacity of foreigners and deny entry if they believe there are insufficient funds. To enter Poland, it is necessary to have a certain amount of money in accounts. Also, it is worth remembering about the prohibited items to be imported into Ukraine, which include products with GMOs, various substances, and goods from the Russian Federation and Belarus. It is essential to comply with all requirements when crossing the border to avoid problems with border services.
