The Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded what the OK-7 certificate is and how to obtain it.

As reported by 'Hvylya', this was announced by the PFU press service.

OK-7 certificate: an important document for confirming work experience

In 2024, Google presented statistics on the most frequent search queries among Ukrainian users. Notably, the query 'What is the OK-7 certificate' made it into the list of popular questions, attracting significant interest from the population.

'We will help Google clarify what the certificate is for, how it is used, and how to obtain it', said the PFU.

At the same Time, Ukrainians were informed that the OK-7 certificate (as well as the OK-5 certificate) contains individual information about the insured person from the register of insured persons of the State Register of Mandatory State Social Insurance.

In particular, the OK-7 certificate contains data on the amounts of actually accrued salary/income and insurance experience from 2011 onwards.

The OK-7 certificate is an important HR document used to confirm work experience. The main areas of its application include:

  • Calculation of insurance experience to determine the amount of sick leave benefits
  • Accrual of unemployment benefits, etc.

Note that the OK-7 certificate can be obtained by the insured person. Therefore, the insurer can only generate such a certificate for the insured person for the period they were in labor relations.

There are several ways to obtain it:

  • In person, by contacting any service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine with a passport and a certificate of assignment of a taxpayer registration number (identification code). The certificate is issued free of charge on the day of the request.
  • Online – through the Pension Fund of Ukraine's electronic services web portal ( or in the Pension Fund mobile application.
