A terrible event occurred at the Russian motocross championship with sidecars – Ruslan Kozub died. During the qualifying race in the 750 cc class, two crews collided, resulting in fatal injuries for the motorcyclist. He was 32 years old.
The second participant in the incident, Alexander Pupyshev, was hospitalized. The head of the Motorcycle Sports Federation of Russia, Alexander Dzheus, emphasized that this incident highlights the dangers associated with motorcycle sports.

Tragedy at the Russian Football Championship
In another tragic incident, Gennady Korkin died from burns. The man burned down his house while trying to get rid of snakes using cotton. The fire spread to the building where he was staying. Korkin managed to escape, but during his flight to the pond, he died from burns covering 78% of his body.
The deceased football player was known as one of the best scorers in the history of Lipetsk football, where he played for the 'Metallurg' team, having played 123 matches and scored 64 goals.
