Preparation for the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025: Ministry of Economy is gathering investment projects.
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, together with the Kyiv School of Economics, announces the collection of investment projects for the development of the main sectors of the Ukrainian economy.
The results of the work will be used to create a catalog of the most promising projects, which will be presented at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome.
'Last year at the conference on Ukraine's recovery in Berlin, we presented the Investment Guide - a detailed overview of key sectors and the most promising projects of the Ukrainian economy. This year's Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 aims to attract more participants – international investors, businesses, governments, and financial institutions. Our goal is to help Ukrainian companies become known, establish partnerships, and secure the necessary funding. Therefore, we are updating the list of projects so that Ukrainian businesses appear on the radars of leading global investors,' said Oleksiy Sobolev, First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
According to Oleksiy Sobolev, the combination of international support, the approach to EU accession, and the popularity of global economic trends create ideal conditions for investment in Ukraine. At the same time, the need for reconstruction, supported by significant financing, opens up broad opportunities for investors.
Some companies with the most well-developed and promising investment projects will have the opportunity to present them at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025. In addition, all collected investment projects will be presented on the Investment Portal.
After the conference, the created project database will be used to determine funding priorities from international financial organizations and development financial institutions.
The coordination of work with businesses will be ensured by the Kyiv School of Economics, and the received proposals will be processed in collaboration with leading consulting firms. The completed list of projects is planned to be formed by mid-June 2025.
