With the help of Diia, internally displaced persons can now apply for preferential mortgages online.

The government offers housing loans at a 3% interest rate with a contribution of only 6%.

The Communications Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine explained the application submission process in just a few clicks, the necessary documents, and the principles for reviewing applications from program participants.

Simply go to the Diia website, fill out the online form, and add the required documents. After that, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified whether you have received a preferential housing loan.
