Tax Office Calculated How Much It Received from Excises in September.

The September income from the excise tax on goods produced and imported into Ukraine’s customs territory amounted to 13.4 billion UAH. This exceeds the figure determined by the Ministry of Finance by 101.7% and surpasses the corresponding figure of the previous year by 2.7%.

According to the information from the State Tax Service, this result was achieved thanks to additional revenues from the excise tax on tobacco products and electricity. In particular, the excise tax on produced tobacco products exceeded the established figure by 1.1 billion UAH or 111.8%, while revenue from electricity was higher by 0.14 billion UAH or 125%.
