Encirclement Threat in Pokrovsk: Deynega Warns of Major Losses.
Threat of Loss in Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad
According to inkorr.com: Vitaliy Deynega, founder of the 'Come Back Alive' foundation, expressed his concern about potential losses in Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad if there is no official order to withdraw military units. He noted that this could lead to significant losses among paratroopers and marines, as well as major losses in equipment and property worth hundreds of millions of hryvnias, complicating its evacuation.
Critical Situation According to Deynega
Deynega harshly criticized the General Staff, stating that the situation in Pokrovsk is critical. He urged military leadership to not be afraid of the consequences and emphasized the urgency of decision-making to avoid major losses and prevent the formation of unfilled gaps in defensive positions.
'And we shouldn't be afraid of falling ratings, because there won't be elections: next year there will be war again. And someone has to fight it.'
If Russian troops capture Pokrovsk, it could lead to further advances towards the borders of Donetsk region, and attempts at encirclement have been ongoing for a year.
A representative of the 'Come Back Alive' foundation expressed serious concerns about the risks of losses in Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad in the absence of troop withdrawals. He again critically assessed the actions of the General Staff and called for urgent decisions to prevent major losses and preserve the defensive line.
The situation in these cities continues to remain tense, and everyone is waiting for a prompt response from military command. In wartime conditions, such decisions can be crucial for preserving the lives of servicemen and stability in the region.
