Polissya has urgently changed the location of its matches in European competitions.
The football club 'Polissya' has changed the city for its home matches in the qualification of the Conference League. Instead of Košice, as planned, the team from Zhytomyr will play its matches in the Slovak town of Prešov at the 'Tatran Stadium'.
The club's press service reported: 'Polissya' will hold its European games in Prešov due to unexpected personnel changes in the tournament itself.
The European Football Association suspended the DAK club's participation in the Conference League due to a conflict of interest in multi-club ownership. 'Košice' took the vacant place, but they had to vacate the 'Košice Football Stadium'.
Who will be Polissya's opponent?
Ruslan Rotan and his players will face the winner of the pair 'Borac' — 'Santa Coloma'. After the first match, the Andorran team is leading with a score of 4:1 and is considered the favorite in the confrontation with the Ukrainian club.
It is also worth noting that changes in football rules, particularly concerning penalties and the operation of VAR, are approaching. Perhaps we will soon see Mykhailo Mudryk on the field, and it is worth mentioning that the former 'Dynamo' player is wanted in his homeland, while Andriy Voronin has left Ukraine but continues to support it abroad.
The Ukrainian football club 'Polissya' has changed the city for its European matchups due to personnel changes in the tournament. Now their home matches will take place at the arena in Slovak Prešov. The team from Zhytomyr has new opponents and is preparing for a challenging fight in the European competitions, counting on the support of its fans in every match.
