UK Prime Minister Starmer talks about extensive discussion of victory plan with Zelensky.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in London. The meeting took place on Downing Street, where they discussed Ukraine's victory plan and the defense of the West. Zelensky and Starmer agreed to work on the plan together with allies. The Ukrainian President thanked the UK for its support and long-range weapons and called for permission to strike deep into Russian territory. Zelensky also emphasized the importance of receiving an invitation to join NATO and discussions on defense and financial assistance. Keir Starmer confirmed the UK's support for Ukraine. Zelensky is also expected to have meetings in Paris with President Macron and in Berlin with Chancellor Scholz and President Steinmeier.
