Club 'Inhulets' President Povoroznyuk Involved in Car Accident (photo).
On Wednesday, August 21, Oleksandr Povoroznyuk, the president of the football club 'Inhulets', was involved in a car accident in Prykarpattia. He reported this on his Facebook page.
Povoroznyuk was heading to Ivano-Frankivsk region for a Ukrainian Cup match. In the city of Horodenka, a match between the clubs 'Probiy' and 'Inhulets', of which Povoroznyuk is the president, took place.
«10 km before the destination, I lost control. Everything is fine, my condition is stable», – said Oleksandr Povoroznyuk and showed a photo from the accident scene.
Povoroznyuk was included in the 'Myrotvorets' database for supporting Viktor Yanukovych's decision to suspend the European integration processes in Ukraine and turn towards Russia. He also has convictions for embezzlement of state or collective property. He stated that he was excluded from the 'Myrotvorets' database.
Also, in the Zhytomyr region, an accident involving a minibus with the coaching staff and management of the football club 'Uzhhorod' occurred. Five people were injured.
