“The director of the LLC devised a mechanism for including inactive individuals in the company’s staff, and then drafted football players and managers of the football club who were not involved in its activities. This not only led to a reduction in the mobilization reserve of the Armed Forces but also encouraged evasion from military service.”

The suspect, Mykola Syдnitsia, heads LLC 'Kollar Company' and is the general director of FC 'Chernihiv'. Representatives of the club have so far refrained from commenting on the conducted searches.
