Oleksandr Krasyuk, Usyk's former promoter, explained that a boxing match between Usyk and Paul would be too one-sided due to Usyk's skill advantage. He believes that Paul's success in combat sports could enhance his reputation in the community.
Usyk's team director, Serhiy Lapin, noted that the fight with Paul could take place in MMA format in the near future, possibly in 2026 in Saudi Arabia.
