Blank form with a seal: evading mobilization

To avoid mobilization, men are buying fake summonses with signatures and seals. Such 'documents' allow them to refuse to receive real summonses. This was reported by MP Anna Skorokhod, a member of the 'Party for the Future' deputy group.

She noted that a conscript, if stopped, can write his details on the document and show it to the TCC and SP employee.

They sell you a summons form with seals and signatures. And when you are stopped, you fill in your details, indicate the date and say: 'Here, I have a summons; I’m going by it tomorrow,' Anna Skorokhod explained.

She also shared information about another corrupt 'scheme.' Specifically, there are known cases where people were detained at the border, taken to the territorial recruitment center, and then lawyers offered 'release' for $4,000.

It is worth noting that in Ukraine, 80% of employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers have no combat experience.

Defense Minister on the continuation of mobilization

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, stated the need to continue mobilization in Ukraine in 2025. He said this during a meeting of the European Business Association.

It should be noted that Ukraine plans to mobilize 160,000 people from November to February. However, military experts and Ukrainian officials are skeptical about the possibility of achieving this goal, stating that it is more realistic to expect a call-up of up to 100,000 people.

As reported, there are 70,000 to 75,000 male police officers of mobilization age working in the National Police of Ukraine, with over 15,000 directly performing combat tasks.

By the way, the General Staff has not made any proposals or initiatives regarding the mobilization of women into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
