Sara Cox spoke about the pain during the charity challenge
BBC Radio 2 star Sara Cox admitted she had never felt such intense pain as she did during the charity challenge for Children In Need.This year, she is participating in a marathon called the Great Northern Marathon Challenge, part of the Children in Need 2025 initiative.
