According to ТСН: Ukrainian poet and composer Yevhen Rybchynskyi talked about the changes in his life and financial situation during the war. In the 1990s, he managed successful media projects, including radio stations and magazines, but eventually decided to leave the business. According to the artist, he sold his radio stations and closed the publishing activity due to a lack of interest and a decline in the industry.

"I sold the radio stations, I closed the publishing business. Today, paper editions do not interest anyone. There are some online publications I am associated with, and in one of them, my first wife is even the editor-in-chief. There is no political process, so even the news that comes out does not interest me. Because all the scandals, they distance us from victory rather than bring us closer. And stirring up this fire is not in my personal interests. I view the media as a business, it's generally uninteresting. It's impossible to close it, a lot of money was invested. It's impossible to sell because there is no political process, it doesn't interest anyone," shared the artist.

As for his current income, Yevhen Rybchynskyi is actively engaged in creativity: he writes, performs, and receives fees. He also manages the copyright of his father, the legendary Yurii Rybchynskyi. Although the poet does not disclose specific income figures, he emphasizes that he lives quite modestly.

"I write, I perform, I get paid for it. Secondly, I am the copyright manager of my father, and there are three thousand works. And there are also decent sums there, for which one can live comfortably. We don't eat black caviar, but we live well. In show business, I have those who continue to work for me, but I don't announce their names. They pay, and I receive my dividends. It's not always artists. It's those who stand behind the artists, let's call them producers. They needed money for the projects; I invested in my time. Should we call it a business? No. They do not return, they pay a percentage," Yevhen stated.

Recall that earlier Yevhen Rybchynskyi called the scandalous Taisiya Povaliy a 'living corpse' and spoke about their conflict.

Yevhen Rybchynskyi demonstrates how one can adapt to difficulties and continue to create in wartime. His statements about media and finance indicate a critique of the current state of Ukrainian media and his attitude toward business. Despite the challenges, the artist remains active in his creativity and continues to support the cultural heritage of the family.
