Wolves appoint Rob Edwards as head coach: what is known about him.
New Head Coach of Wolves
According to The Sun: The Wolves club announced the appointment of Rob Edwards as the team's head coach. He previously managed Middlesbrough, and his appointment came after the dismissal of Vitor Pereira, who left the club following a defeat to Fulham.
Initially, the club considered the possibility of bringing back former coach Gary O'Neil, but he decided not to continue in the running for the position. As a result, Wolves settled on Edwards, who himself once played for this team.
"For me, it is a great honor to join such an iconic club as Wolves," said Edwards.
Edwards' appointment comes at a difficult time for the club, which is looking to improve its results in the league. His previous coaching experience and connections with the team may be crucial in boosting the team's spirit and performance, as well as attracting new supporters to the club.
