The Homeland of the Ukrainian Artist Was Hit by the Center of the Storm in Spain.
The Hurricane in Spain Led to Floods and the Death of Dozens
The bad weather that covered the south and east of Spain led to floods and accidents. As a result of the downpours, at least 51 people died. Train traffic was blocked, and flights were canceled. The frontman of the Ukrainian band "Mandry," Serhiy Fomenko (Foma), published photos of the aftermath of the bad weather from the province of Valencia.
Catastrophic consequences of the hurricane in the province of Valencia, Spain. As of now, 51 people are dead. Cities and towns are flooded. - wrote Foma on Facebook.
Social network users inquired about the state of the musician's family, which, judging by the comments, is in Spain. Foma reported that his relatives are safe.
Thank God, mine are okay. Thank you. - noted the singer.
It is worth noting that Foma rarely shares information about his private life and family in a public space. However, in 2015 he reported that he became a father for the second time when his wife, Nadiya Maksymenko, gave birth to a daughter.
10 hours by plane from America to Ukraine, right after landing straight to the maternity hospital. Today I became a dad once more. It's a girl!!!! All parameters are great. Thank you, Nadia !!!!!!!!! Now we have a son and a daughter. - wrote Foma.
The authorities of Valencia reported numerous casualties as a result of the floods, but did not specify the exact number. Many people were forced to spend the night in trucks, cars, on the roofs of shops, and bridges until they were evacuated.
